HOLLISTER HILLS 6,627 acres of mixed chaparral and grasslands facility. Elevations 800 ft.-2600 ft. facility. Temperatures: summer, low-mid 90's, winter, low 60's - upper 70's. Open daily 24 hours. Fees: Day use entrance fee $4; /vehicle, $6 camping. No reservations. Call for Special events information. MC, ATV, DB, (4WD & DB call ahead).

THE LOWER RANCH
This 2,400-acre area, set aside for motorcycle and ATV use only, has about 64 miles of trails and several hill climbs. There are also two picnic areas, a practice Motocross Track, an ATV Track for three and four wheeled vehicles, a TT track, a mini-bike trail, and a mini-track. Wash racks are located in Camping, and Day-Use Area. Riding is allowed from sunrise to sunset.

CAMPING
The Upper Ranch has one family campground, Sycamore, which accommodates about 60 people, and has water and flush toilets. Fires are allowed in fire rings only. Bring your own wood or purchase it at the park store. The Lower Ranch has 4 family campgrounds with water and flush toilets. Dogs must be kept on leashes at all times.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH (Fresno, Bakersfield, Los Angeles)
Take Interstate 5 or 99 North to Highway 152 West Gilroy/ San Jose exit. Take 152 past Casa De Fruita to Highway 156 (left turn toward Hollister). Take 156 to Union Road and turn left. Take Union Road to Cienega Road and turn right. Follow signs to the park.
